In my opinion, Sector 9 board are the best you can buy. Some of their boards are made with bamboo wood that makes the board more flexible. But, most of their boards are made with Hard rock maple, which is very sturdy. I prefer Bone Reds or Rush bearings because they cruise smoother and can go fast. Most of sector 9 boards are also made with extremely sturdy trucks, which do not easily break off unless someone is constantly doing tricks on them.
The artists' who design these boards use a permanent gloss coat over the paint to ensure that the design stays intact for a long period of time. This company also uses the best quality of wheels so that the boards cruise incredibly smooth. For people who like to long board and do not know which board to choose, I would recomend sector 9 because it is one of the best quality boards ever made. It is weird to think that this idea originated from people riding planks of wood with wheels attatched to this magnificent creation of sector 9 boards. Alot of people ride longboards now of days. They use for cruising, for collecting, and even for tricks. Wood planks with wheels attached have definately evolved into something more and influenced how longboards are made today. And who knows, Long boarding might even progress even further in the future, and some genuis might design a board with little rockets by the tail that make the board fly above ground.
