I believe there should be a Good Smaritan law. It is not fair how when someone sees that something bad is occurring, they just stare instead of stepping up and doing something. There are thousands of people that get hurt/have accidents every day, and some people even loose's their life, when there was someone right next to them that could had saved them. If the Good Samaritan law was already approved they would have probably done something, because at the end they wouldn't like to be charged for not helping. It does not matter if you dont even know the person that got hurt; you never know when you might need help from someone else, It would be much better if people did it by heart, like if they were not forced to do it and they still wanted to, but since that doesn't always work because there are many selfish people that just think about themselves and don't believe that they might need help one of these days, then we should have a Good Samaritan law.
