Controversial policy

A controversial policy that is enforced at Olympian High School is how we are not suppose to listen to ipods during class. I believe that we should be able to listen to our ipods at a certain time during class, such as independant classwork. I believe our music will keep us motivated and on task to do our work faster and keep us up and on our feet. By listening to our ipods we will be so focused on our music that we would not distract other students around us in class by talking or messing with them. I believe there are certain times where we should not be allowed to listen to our music in class, such as when the teacher is lecturing or giving directions, or during tests. Other than that I believe having our ipods in class is a way to help us be motivated to do our work faster.
