The Good Samaritan is a very good story and example of how people should help others and care for those in need. Personally I would have to disagree with the fact of people enforcing a law which is required for someone to take care of someone else. If someone truly cared about the person and had a good heart, they would do it. People shouldn't have to be obligated to care for someone else. The more people are told to do something, they don't want to do and the more they are going to fight not to do it. If the law were enforeced most people would be breaking it for different situations or simply because they didn't want to help the person out. It would be better if there was no law and people helped those in need and the ones who seem to be in need of it.
