At Olympian Highschool being late to a class 3 times concludes as an f in citizenship. For students who live close to the highschool, this might be very easy. However transfer students find this difficult. Despite that they have to get up earlier, and that traffic is more crowded in the time they get there. Olympian highschool has only 2 ways cars can enter, and both are one lane so it gets really crowded in the mornings. Another reason could be something simple as a student's brother or sister not wanting to get up, therefore the individual is late to school. An f in citizenship is no ethical for students who have dificulties at acomplishing this. A tardy could be an easy simple explanation and not an act of complete lazyness.
