Good Samaritan Law

A "good samaritan" is a person that is very mindful and helps another person who are in need without being asked to help them. People should not have to be be mandated by law to help another person who is in need. People should not be forced to help other people who are in need because it can sometimes waste their time and be late on a meeting or something. But this action can be very demoralizing to themselves. For an example, an elderly who is walking down a sidewalk tripped and broke a back bone. Then, a person is late and in a rush for an important meeting. The person passes by the elderly because it can be a waste of time. People have a choice on when to a help a person who is in need. But morally, people who takes some time in their life, being mindless of themselves and compassionate to other people and who are willing to aid other people is a true "good samaritan".
