The Good Sumaritan Law

A good samaritan is a person who helps others in need without expecting anything in return and doing it because they want to. The Good Samaritan Law states that if someone is need, whoever is nearby and sees it will have to abet, or face breaking the law. People should not be mandated by law to abet somebody but it should be enforced and practiced more around the world. If they do see somebody in need and they can help in some way they should, but when a person feels they are being forced to do something it takes away the special feeling that they feel when they are doing it out of the kindness of their hearts. Sometimes there are conflicts that might occur when somebody will have to help but if they do not know what to do, how are they supposed to abet? Internal conflicts and external barriers might prevent this person from helping. Such as a childhood fear or maybe the thought that helping the person might just worsen that person's condition. The Good Samaritan Law should not be a law but teaching it will help genuine people in the future.
