The Good Samaritan Law would require citizens to help one another if they happen to be in danger. That law should not be passed. Some people in the community would not know how to handle certain situations properly. If by any chance someone started choking around me, I would flip out. I have no idea how to perform the Heimlich maneuver and I would probably make the situation worse ( so whatever you do; don't choke near me). Or like in the situation Mr. Salazar was describing, with the princess in the car wreck. I wouldn't have a clue on how to safely get someone out. I think the Good Samaritan Law would do more bad than good.
