The Good Samaritan Law is a law where you require to help people who are in need like illness or injury. I think you should not be forced to help people in need because you are forced to do something that you might not be able to do or make the problem even worse. For example if you were to try to break up a fight in front of a huge cheering crowd someone might start a fight on you for trying to stop the fight then eventually it becomes a huge riot leaving even more people injured.
