The most common writing tool used is a pen. It's ink can come in a variety of colors, and is also very light weight to be carried around anywhere. Most people use this tool when writing or drawing. Pens are fun to use, they are just like pencils, except that with pencils you can erase mistakes and with a pen you cannot. Pens are useful when wanting to apply ink to a surface.
