Controversal- Wearing Halter Tops

Halter Tops is just another type of shirt. It can be long or short but it has small straps. At Olympian High School there is a rule of not wearing halter tops. I believe that we should be aloud to wear halter tops because we are only showing our shoulders and if it is hot outside we do not really want to wear a jacket over it. Halter tops  is not a bad type of style, we are in school during summer so i think it is reasonable to wear summer clothing.
