During the two week break I have grown and realized many new things. A big realization that I came baout was how I need to stay in good shape and eat healthy during the break. Instead of
sitting at home watching tv or going on the computer when I was bored I would go to the gym every night sunday-thursday and go workout for about an hour and a half. I would also eat healthy foods and avoided junk food as much as possible. Over time all of this became a routine for me and I have became more aware of what is healthy for me to eat and I have become more in shape and can run longer distances without getting tired. Now I just have to continue to do what I am doing so I can become a healthier person.
